Chicken Masala
Description
Boneless Chicken Masala is an Indian Onion Tomato-based gravy dish which tastes excellent with both Rice or any Indian bread of your choice. With the adjustment of water consistency this dish can easily be transformed into a gravy dish.

Method

Marinate the Chicken for 30-60 minutes with all the ingredients.

In a vessel heat the Oil and add the Onions. Once the Onions turn translucent pink, add Ginger Garlic paste and cook till raw Garlic smell disappears. Add the Tomatoes. Once the Oil starts separating add 2 tablespoons of freshly ground LIVING BEYOND’s Meat Masala. Mix, cover and cook till the Tomatoes turn soft and the raw smell of the masala disappears.

Add Salt, mix. Now add the Tomato paste. Mix well and allow to cook till Oil starts separating from the Onion Tomato masala mixture. Now add the Chicken and mix really well.

Add a cup of Water, cover and cook till Chicken is thoroughly cooked. Adjust the quantity of water depending on the consistency of gravy desired. Finally add the ¼ tablespoon of freshly ground LIVING BEYOND’s Garam Masala and Coriander leaves & mix.

Serve it hot with Rice, Naan, Roti or any Indian bread of your choice.
