Shipping, Returns and Refunds

We offer free shipping across India for orders greater than Rs. 599. We ship pan India where a courier service is available.
Ordered items will be shipped within 24 hours.

Any request for cancellation of your order must be made prior to the dispatch of the order.
Once the order is cancelled, we will initiate the refund within the next 48 hours.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If Living Beyond is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors due to bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances. However, for such orders, we refund 100% of your money.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All payments for a refund of the Transaction Price shall be done within 7 working days as follows and in accordance with the provisions contained herein and applicable laws in India, particularly the directions issued by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time for opening and operation of accounts and settlement of payments for electronic payment transactions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging and proof of bill must be provided at the time of exchange.
Only the regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. Once used, products will not be eligible for exchange or return.
To return your product, contact us using our contact us page or you could mail your product to: Living Beyond: B-407 Rock Enclave Plot C, Hindustan Naka Chowk, Kandivali (West), Mumbai – 400 067.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over Rs. 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. When we receive your returned item, we will send you a message of confirmation of receipt.
